As a company we have always invested in staff training, we are constantly training our own apprentices, including Jason Hartley who has gone from Apprentice Plumber to a Director of the Company.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
The Company was formed in 1989 by Alwyn Glover, working as a sole trader from the back of an Austin Maxi car, with his wife Tracy taking on the book-keeping role working during the evening and weekends.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
Initially working from home, as the workforce increased space in the kitchen became tight and so the first Company premises were obtained at Fourth Avenue, York. These were quickly outgrown and the business went through subsequent moves to Fulford industrial estate and then Layerthorpe where we are still located today.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
